Welding and assembly works
This is one of the key directions of our company.
We perform welding and assembly works in operating enterprises and pipeline systems. This requires the highest quality of welded joints, impeccable organization at every stage of the work, strict adherence to welding technologies, labor protection, and industrial safety requirements. For the manufacturing and repair of pipelines, the main welding processes involve manual argon arc welding (GTAW) and manual shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), as well as a combination of these processes (GTAW+SMAW). When welding critical metal structures, methods such as GMAW (welding with a metallic electrode in a gaseous environment) and FCAW (flux-cored arc welding) are applied.
Installation of thermal insulation and protective coatings.
The company has a team of qualified installers, insulators, and sheet metal workers. We are capable of carrying out various types of installation work for thermal insulation of engineering communications, pipelines for various purposes, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and various types of technological equipment.
